This Privacy Policy explains how Nippyy Innovations Limited ("Nippyy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nippyy.com (the "Site") or join our early access waitlist.
At this stage, the only personal information we actively collect through the Site is the email address you submit when joining our early access waitlist. We also use website analytics (see Section 4) that collects standard, non-identifying browsing data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location (city/country level).
We use the email address you provide to: (a) notify you when early access to the Nippyy product becomes available, (b) send occasional updates about our launch, and (c) respond if you contact us. We do not use your email for any other purpose, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
Waitlist email addresses are currently stored using Google's infrastructure (Google Sheets, via Google Apps Script) to manage our early access list. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices. As our product moves from waitlist to live service, we will update this section to reflect our production data infrastructure.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are most viewed and how people navigate between them. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address (in anonymized or truncated form), browser type, and device information. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
We retain waitlist email addresses until early access is granted or until you ask us to remove your information, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with service providers (such as Google, for waitlist storage and analytics) strictly as needed to operate the Site, or where required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We will update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves, particularly once live financial services launch and additional data (such as identity verification or transaction information) is collected. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
