This Acceptable Use Policy describes how you may and may not use the Nippyy website at nippyy.com (the "Site") and our early access waitlist. It works alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We want the Site and our waitlist to be useful and safe for everyone genuinely interested in early access to Nippyy. This policy exists to keep it that way.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or automated (bot-generated) entries to the early access waitlist;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site using automated tools without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its waitlist data, or any connected systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Nippyy;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Consequences of violation

We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries, block access to the Site, or take any other action we consider appropriate in response to a violation of this policy, without prior notice.

As Nippyy moves from waitlist to a live product, this policy will be expanded to cover acceptable use of the full platform. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
